Hi, I am Chia-Pei
I believe an authentic digital experience reflects the brand value.
As a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in the gaming and IoT industries, I excel at designing trustworthy services and interactions to accelerate new technology adoption. I am keen to distil meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative research to identify hidden causes behind the behaviour and devise holistic solutions by merging digital and physical products. I am well versed in translating complex research findings into succinct and convincing stories for stakeholders. As a learnaholic, I hold multidisciplinary skills in industrial design, user research, user interface design, and motion graphics.
I am currently a MSc Design for Interaction student at TU Delft. Passionate about making an impact beyond design, I am eager to pursue a position in which I can amplify the company's value and contribute to business growth.

Sociable
I am a person who likes to talk to people from all backgrounds. As a designer, it is important to be able to communicate smoothly and initiate conversations. This is something I have learnt through participation in student associations, networking sessions and various workshops.
Attentive
I am a person who likes to hear stories. Drawing on stories, perspectives and new knowledge from people of different cultures and backgrounds has not only broadened my horizons, but also made me a better listener and empathiser.

I am a team player. It would be relaxing and enjoyable to work with me.

What makes me enthusiastic?
Circular economy
I am passionate about recognizing potential opportunities and helping companies, which seek to shift their business toward circular, making accurate strategic decisions.
Animals
I am also concerned about issues related to wildlife conservation. To prevent the extinction of wildlife, we need to restore their habitats first. A healthy ecosystem really means a lot to the flora and fauna.
Human-Tech relations
From my experience of leveraging modern technologies to provide solutions for business growth, I frequently notice people’s anxiety and uncertainty while engaging in intelligent systems. I hope to create a more thoughtful user experience to bolster trust between humans and intelligent devices.
